100 grams Flour
50 grams Sugar
5 millilitres Lemon rind
1½ millilitre Vanilla
Egg yolk
50 grams Softened butter
1 kilograms Cream cheese
300 grams Sugar
20 grams Flour
7 millilitres Orange rind
7 millilitres Lemon rind
1½ millilitre Vanilla
Eggs
Egg yolks
50 millilitres Cream

1. Mix crust ingredients; press into a baking pan. Bake 10 minutes at 200øC

2. Combine filling ingredients; mix well, and pour into baked crust.

3. Bake at 225 øC for 10-12 minutes.

4. Reduce to 100 øC for 1 hour.

Difficulty : easy to moderate. Precision : measure the ingredients.
