Measure | Ingredient |

2 pounds | Ground beef |
2 \N | Eggs slightly beaten |
1 cup | Fine dry bread crumbs |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 small | Onion, finely chopped |
½ cup | Catsup or A-1 Sauce |
1 cup | Cubed velveta cheese |
⅛ teaspoon | Garlic powder |
Mix all ingredients together except for the cheese. Take ½ of the mixture and pat into a loaf pan bringing some of the meat up the sides of the pan approximately ½ inch. Sprinkle the cubed velveta in the center and pat down the remaining half of the meat mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes until nicely brown.
