Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Soft natural Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons Dry mustard
⅓ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon Accent
½ cup Beer

Allow cheese to stand at room temperature for about 1 hr. to soften. Place in electric mixer & blend in remaining ingredients at low speed until smooth. Serve w/ crackers, Melba toast or toasted French bread.
