10 \N | Strips crisp bacon, crumbled |
¾ cup | Mayonnaise |
\N \N | Seasoned salt |
1 medium | Onion, chopped |
1½ cup | Sharp cheese, grated |
Remove mushroom stems. Wash in salted water, place in a shallow Pyrex pan, buttered, cup side up. Mix mayonnaise, onion, bacon and salt to taste. Fill hollow of mushroom and sprinkle with cheese.
