Measure Ingredient
4 ounces Cream cheese
1 pounds Pot cheese or farmers
\N \N Cheese
1 \N Beaten egg yolk
½ teaspoon Vanilla

Softened cream cheese to room temperature. Beat cheeses & yolk until smooth. Add sugar & vanilla & beat until blended & creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use.
