Cheese ball with marinated dried tomatoes

3 \N (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese softened
1 \N (7 oz) jar oil-packed dried
\N \N Tomatoes; drained
1 \N Clove garli
2 teaspoons Dried basil
½ cup Coarsely chopped pine nuts
\N \N Or almonds; toasted

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 4 ingredients.

Process until smooth. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Shape ½ cup mixture into a boil; roll in toasted pine nuts or almonds, pressing gently to make nuts adhere. Repeat procedure with remaining mixture and nuts. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap. Chill. Yield 6 (½-cup) gifts.
