Cheddar dill muffins

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
3½ cup All-purpose flour
3 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Baking powder
2 teaspoons Dill weed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese -- 4
\N ounce Chopped
1¾ cup Milk
3 eaches Eggs -- lightly beaten
¼ cup Butter or margarine --
\N \N Melted

In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Combine milk, eggs and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups almost full. Bake at 400 deg. for 25 to 30 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan 10 min. before removing to a wire rack. Yield: 12 muffins.
