Charlotte's cucumber salad

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N To 4 Cucumbers
1 cup Boiling Water
¾ cup Sour Cream
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 tablespoon Dill Seed
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper

Peel cucumbers and slice very thin. Pour boiling water over them.

Drain immediately and cover with ice water. Drain again and dry. Mix together sour cream, vinegar, dill, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss with cucmbers. Chill 30 mins and enjoy! Makes 6 to 8 servings.
