Measure | Ingredient |

3½ cup | Flour |
1 teaspoon | Baking soda |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Cream of tartar |
1 cup | Rice Krispies® |
1 cup | Oatmeal |
1 cup | Shredded coconut |
½ cup | Chocolate chips |
1 cup | (2 sticks) butter or margarine |
1 cup | Sugar |
1 cup | Brown sugar |
1 \N | Egg |
1 cup | Oil |
In a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients (dry mixture 1). In another bowl, combine the next 4 ingredients (dry mixture 2). Cream together butter and the sugars. Add egg and beat. Add oil and beat again until smooth.
Gradually add the dry mixture 1 and stir removing lumps. Pour in all of dry mixture 2. It is best to mix this with hands to make sure you get it evenly mixed. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 8 to 10 minutes. The cookies should not get dark.
