Celeste's salsa

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Tomato; chopped fine
½ \N Onion; chopped fine
½ \N Celery; chopped fine
½ \N Green bell pepper; chopped f
3 tablespoons Green chiles; chopped fine
2 tablespoons Wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Mustard seed
1 teaspoon Coriander; ground
1 dash Black pepper; coarse

Recipe by: Celeste Walther Preparation Time: 0:15 Finely chop all vegetables. Mix well. Combine vinegar, mustard seed, coriander, and pepper. Pour over vegetables and mix. Chill. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Keeps well.
