| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1¼ cup | Sugar |
| 2 teaspoons | Dry mustard |
| 2 teaspoons | Salt |
| 1 tablespoon | Onion juice |
| ⅔ cup | Vinegar |
| 2 cups | Salad oil |
| 1 tablespoon | Celery seed |
Combine sugar, mustard, salt, onion juice and ½ teaspoon vinegar. Beat well with rotary beater. Add oil gradually, alternating with remaining vinegar. Add 1 Tablespoon celery seed. Yield: 4 cups.
