Celery fingers

Yield: 12 fingers

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Celery; minced
1 tablespoon Nuts; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Olives; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1/16 teaspoon Pepper, black
¼ teaspoon Paprika
4 slices Bread; thin
\N \N Butter (or marg.)

Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well. Remove crust from bread.

Spread bread thinly with butter and then with celery mixture. Cut into 1-inch strips.
