675 grams | Ripe tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and quartered |

2 tablespoons | Fresh basil leaves, torn |
1 large | Cauliflower, cut into florets |
\N \N | Fresh basil, to garnish |
1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions and tomatoes. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
2. Stir in the seasoning and basil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the cauliflower in boiling, salted water for 4-5 minutes until almost tender. Drain well.
3. Arrange the vegetables on a serving plate and garnish with fresh basil.
NOTES : Jazz up cauliflower with the fresh flavours of tomatoes and basil.
