cauliflower soup (from my garden)

MeasureIngredient
 1 head cauliflower -- cut into

1 TB butter

2 TB flour

1 qt vegetable stock

: florets

: Salt

: Pepper

In large pot heat butter. Whisk in flower. Slowly pour in vegetable stock and continue whisking. Add cauliflower, and cook until tender.
