Measure | Ingredient |

1 \N | Head cauliflower; thinly sliced |
½ \N | Purple onion; thinly sliced |
½ cup | Chopped celery |
½ cup | Chopped carrots |
1 can | (14-oz) artichoke hearts; drained and chopped |
1 \N | Bottle (16-oz) Wishbone Italian dressing |
2 tablespoons | Chili sauce |
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | Dill weed |
1 cup | Mayonnaise |
Marinate vegetables in ltalian Dressing for 2 hours. Drain. Mix the chili sauce, lemon juice, dill weed and mayonnaise. Toss with the vegetables.
Chill for 2 hours. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
