|1||Head cauliflower; thinly sliced|
|½||Purple onion; thinly sliced|
|½ cup||Chopped celery|
|½ cup||Chopped carrots|
|1 can||(14-oz) artichoke hearts; drained and chopped|
|1||Bottle (16-oz) Wishbone Italian dressing|
|2 tablespoons||Chili sauce|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|1 teaspoon||Dill weed|
Marinate vegetables in ltalian Dressing for 2 hours. Drain. Mix the chili sauce, lemon juice, dill weed and mayonnaise. Toss with the vegetables.
Chill for 2 hours. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
