1 teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
½ cup | Shredded cheese |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
\N \N | Horseradish to taste |
Core cauliflower in triangle shape, underneath. Wash cauliflower (**water that clings to cauliflower is adequate to cook). Put in bowl. Cook High 7 minutes. Prepare sauce: Drizzle on cooked cauliflower. Return to microwave and cook 1 additional minute until cheese melts and bubbles.
