Catfish kiev

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Catfish fillets
\N pinch Garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon Onion powder
3 ounces Cream cheese; softened
3 ounces Mushrooms; drained, minced
1 \N Green onion; minced
¼ teaspoon Lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon Lemon peel; grated
4 tablespoons Margarine
\N \N Italian-seasond bread crumbs

Wash fillets and pat dry. Sprinkle with garlic and onion powders.

Combine cream cheese, mushrooms, green onion, lemon pepper, lemon peel and margarine. Mix well and spread on one side of each fillet.

Place in baking dish sprayed with non-stick vegetable coating and cover with bread crumbs. Drizzle with additional melted margarine.
