Casbah couscous salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Couscous; Cooked
1 cup Tomatoes; Diced
1 cup Green Onions; Chopped
1 cup Parsley; Chopped
1½ cup Garbanzo Beans; Cooked
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Olive Oil
¾ cup Lemon Juice; Fresh
3 \N Cloves Garlic; Crushed
½ teaspoon Dried Mint Flakes; Or 3X Fresh
1 teaspoon Salt

Mix all ingredients and serve cold.

NOTES : Pretty mounded on a platter and garnished with fresh mint sprigs.
