¾ cup | Lemon Juice; Fresh |
3 \N | Cloves Garlic; Crushed |
½ teaspoon | Dried Mint Flakes; Or 3X Fresh |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
Mix all ingredients and serve cold.
NOTES : Pretty mounded on a platter and garnished with fresh mint sprigs.
