Measure | Ingredient |

5 pounds | Pigs heads, kidney and toung |
2 xes | Onions, medium, chopped |
1 x | Salt and seasoned pepper |
1 x | Casings |
Boil heads, kidney and tounge, save water. Grind meats.
Saute onions in a little fat. Add to meat mixture and add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff mixture into casings then place in saved water and steam for a short time.
