4 mediums Carrots, washed, lightly peeled and grated
2 tablespoons Reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Plain low-fat yogurt
\N \N Orange juice
\N \N Raisins
\N \N Grapes
\N \N Pineapple chunks
\N \N Cut-up cucumber
\N \N Orange sections

ANY TWO OF THESE

Mix mayonnaise and yogurt; thin dressing with about 2 tablespoons juice. Grate carrots; mix with dressing and your choice of remaining ingredients.
