|1 pack||(3-oz) lemon-flavored gelatin|
|2 cups||Boiling water|
|2 cups||Shredded carrots|
|1 cup||Diced celery|
|1 cup||Drained; crushed pineapple|
|½ cup||Chopped nuts|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. After it begins to congeal, add other ingredients. Chill. Yield: 6 servings.
