Carrot and raisin slaw

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard; Grainy Type
2 tablespoons Shallots; Chopped
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
3 cups Carrots; Grated, Packed
½ cup Raisins
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise with mustard, shallots, and lemon juice.
