Carrot and date milk shake - country living

Yield: 5 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Skim milk
1 cup Coarsely shredded carrots
½ cup Pitted dates, cut up
1 \N 1-pint container frozen vanilla yogurt, softened slightly
\N \N Carrots and their green tops (opt.)

1. In electric blender on low speed, blend milk, carrots, and dates just until carrots anct dates are very finely chopped. Increase speed to high and blend mixture until smooth. Turn off blender.

2. Add yogurt to carrot mixture. Cover and blend just until frothy and well mixed. Pour into glasses; garnish with carrots and some green tops, if desired.
