carob candy balls

24 servings
½ cup carob powder
½ cup honey
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup wheat germ
¼ cup dry milk powder
1 cup honey graham cracker crumbs

Blend together carob powder, honey, peanut butter, sesame seeds, wheat germ and powdered milk. Form into 1½-inch balls. Roll in graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. This candy is low in salt, high in potassium. Makes 24 candy balls
