| 2 teaspoons | Ground cardamon seed |
| ½ tablespoon | Brown sugar |

| 1 | Stalk celery; chopped |
| 1 | Bay leaf |
| ¼ teaspoon | Thyme |
Combine all ingredients in roasting pan. Bake 4 to 6 hours at 275 degrees.
