| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 tablespoon | Cardamom |
| 2 packs | Yeast |
| ¼ cup | Warm water |
| 1 tablespoon | Sugar |
Dissolve yeast in warm water and 1 tablespoon sugar. Scald milk and add margarine. When cool add egg, sugar, cardamon, salt and dissolved yeast.
Add 7 cups flour and mix well. Place ½ cup flour or more on board as you knead dough for about 5 minutes. Place dough in greased bowl and let rise until double in size (approximately 2 to 3 hours). Punch down and let rise again. Divide into 3 sections and make into cinnamon rolls, braided or ringed coffee cakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. (Call if you need help!)
