Caramel rum fondue (crockette).

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Caramels (14 oz.)
⅔ cup Cream
½ cup Marshmallows, miniature
1 tablespoon Rum, or rum extract 1/2 ts.

Combine caramels and cream in crockette. Cover and cook until melted, 2 to 3 hours. Stir in marshmallows and rum. Cook another 1 to 1½ hours. Serve with apple wedges, pound cake, angel food cake, doughnuts, marshmallows. Submitted By JR BYERS On 12-11-94
