Measure | Ingredient |

7 quarts | Popped popcorn |
2 quarts | Peanuts |
1 \N | Box box brown sugar |
2 \N | Sticks butter or margarine |
½ cup | Light corn syrup |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
¼ teaspoon | (heaping) baking soda |
Combine sugar, syrup, butter & salt in saucepan & bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat & add vanilla & soda. Stir well. Pour over corn & stir to coat. Sprinkle peanuts over corn & bake at 250 for 1 hour. Stir twice. Remove from oven & pour onto waxed paper. Separate kernels.
