| 1 pack | Chocolate cake mix |
| ½ cup | Whipping cream |
| ½ cup | Hot water |
| 3 tablespoons | Instant coffee |
| ⅓ cup | Brandy |
| ½ ounce | Baking chocolate -- melted |
| 3 | Eggs |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend cake mix, whipping cream, coffee dissolved in water, brandy, melted chocolate, and eggs in a large mixer bowl, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until center springs back when lightly touched.
