|1 pack||Chocolate cake mix|
|½ cup||Whipping cream|
|½ cup||Hot water|
|3 tablespoons||Instant coffee|
|½ ounce||Baking chocolate -- melted|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend cake mix, whipping cream, coffee dissolved in water, brandy, melted chocolate, and eggs in a large mixer bowl, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until center springs back when lightly touched.
