caper vinaigrette
| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| ¾ cup | Olive Oil |
| ¼ cup | Wine Vinegar |
| ¼ teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
| ⅓ cup | Capers;finely chopped |
In a screw top jar, combine all ingredients. Shake well to blend.
Make dressing well in advance to blend seasonings. Store tightly capped at room temperature.
Good over cold chicken salad.
