Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
2.00 cup | Shredded Cheddar OR swiss cheese |
2.00 tablespoon | All purpose flour |
¼ teaspoon | Paprika |
1.00 can | Cream of celery soup |
½ cup | Beer or white wine or water |
Toss together, cheese, flour and paprika. Combine soup and beer.
Heat. Over low heat add cheese, stirring until completely melted.
Serve with French Bread Cubes
