Cajun tuna

Yield: 2 sandwiches

Measure Ingredient
1 can White albacore tuna; drained in spring water
1 tablespoon Chipote pepper;
¼ cup Green onions;
1 teaspoon White pepper
¼ cup Celery; finely chopped
⅛ cup Mayo; (low-cal)
½ cup Boiled egg; chopped
2 tablespoons Pickle relish;
\N \N Pickled orka;
\N \N French bread;

Mix well. Serve on french bread with pickled okra.
