4 cups | Prepared chicken bouillon |
2 cans | (16 oz.)cajun style stewed tomatoes (drained) |
1 can | (6 oz.) tomato juice |
4 cups | Rice |
Preheat oven 400 . Cut catfish into small pieces. Combine all ingredients (except rice) in shallow baking dish. Stir well to combine. Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until catfish is tender and fully cooked. Serve over cooked rice.
