Cajun potatoes

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N (can use 8) potatoes, peeled
\N \N *and cut into chunks
¼ cup (or 1/3) canola oil *
\N \N Cajun seasoning (found in
\N \N *the spice section of the
\N \N *supermarket)

(1) Coat the potatoes with oil, spread out on a cookie sheet, sprinkle

with Cajun seasoning, and bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for

1 hour.

*The more oil, the crispier the potato.
