Cajun (spicy) potato salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Medium-size white or red
\N \N Potatoes; cooked, peeled and chopped
3 \N Eggs; finely chopped
¼ cup Finely chopped onions
¼ cup Finely chopped bell peppers
2 teaspoons Ground red pepper (preferably cayenne)
2 teaspoons Prepared mustard
¼ teaspoon White pepper
\N \N Green onion salad dressing
\N \N (see following recipe)
