Yield: 8 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
1½ cup | Instant espresso coffee granules |
¼ cup | Cocoa; unsweetened |
¼ cup | Coffee creamer; powdered |
6 tablespoons | Confectioner's sugar |
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Store in an airtight container.
To serve, combine 1 to 2 tablespoons mix with ¾ cup boiling water.
NOTES : Makes 1 cup of mix, enough for 8 to 12 average servings.
