Cabbage meat and rice casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Stewed tomatoes
1 can Tomato sauce
1½ cup Raw rice; (1 1/2 to 2)
1 pounds Ground meat
1 small Head cabbage
1 small Onion
½ \N Bell pepper
1 cup Water; (1 to 1/2)
\N \N A little butter

Mix all ingredients together. Put in a large pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours.
