Cabbage casserole #2

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Stick butter
½ pounds American cheese
1 large Onion; chopped fine
½ \N Bell pepper; chopped fine
2 larges Pieces celery; chopped fine
2 mediums Heads cabbage
½ pint Coffee cream
\N \N Bread crumbs

Coarsely cut cabbage and boil until tender. Saut‚ onion, pepper and celery in butter. Put in drained cabbage and cook 15 minutes. Add ½ lb. cheese and ½ pint coffee cream, add red pepper and salt to taste. Put in well-greased casserole and cover with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
