Buttermilk pie #1

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Eggs
¾ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Buttermilk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¾ \N Stick butter; melted
1 can (7-oz) coconut
1 \N (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
½ cup Chopped pecans; optional

Beat eggs with sugar. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into crust and bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes.
