Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Butter
1 cup Safflower oil
1 tablespoon Lecithin; liquid
1 teaspoon Salt
1 \N 400-IU Vitamin E; (works as a preservative. )

Belnd all ingredients together and put in a covered container and store in refrigerator. You can use it as a substitute for shortening and margarine in cooking, baking, or as a spread.
