butter cookies (press cookie)
| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 5½ cup | Flour sifted |
| 1 pounds | Butter (Margarine) |
| 3 teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 2 cups | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 2 teaspoons | Baking powder |
Beat butter and add sugar until creamy, add eggs,vanilla, baking powder and flour one cup at a time. Mix well.Fill cookie presser.
Place on a greased cookie sheet or teflon pan and bake in a preheated oven at 400^ for 5-7minutes.
