Burrito filling

Measure Ingredient
4 tablespoons Oil
14½ ounce Can beef broth
3½ \N To 4 lb. beef stew meat
4 ounces Can green chilies
12 ounces Can vegetable juice
3 \N Minced cloves garlic

shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat in oil and drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.

Simmer over low heat 2 to 3 hours. Shred meat with fork, drain excess liquid. Serve on tortillas with cheese.
