| 1 cup | Water |
| ½ pack | Dry onion soup mix |
| ½ cup | Bulgur |
| 8 | Mushrooms; more or less, sliced thin |
| 2 | Scallions; sliced into rounds |
Bring water and water to boil. Add bulgur. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 20 minutes, until the liquid is all absorbed.
Meanwhile, saute the mushrooms in a little butter or oil. When bulgur is done, mix in the mushrooms and the scallions (the heat of the bulgur will "cook" the scallions). Enjoy. Marcia Bednarcyk ADDRESSES: marcia@...
