Bulgogi (korean barbecue)

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Thinly sliced rump beef
2 tablespoons Sugar
4 tablespoons Soy sauce
4 tablespoons Minced green onions
2 teaspoons Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Minced ginger
\N dash Pepper
1 teaspoon Minced ginger
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Toasted and ground sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Sake or dry sherry
2 tablespoons Sesame oil

SEASONING MIXTURE

Combine beef and seasoning mixture. Do this just before cooking because meat marinated for a long time in soy sauce tends to become tough. Charcoal broil, pan-broil, or saute. Serves 4.
