|1 teaspoon||Instant beef bouillon granules|
|¾ cup||Bulgar wheat|
|1 pack||(10 oz) frozen peas|
|½ cup||Sliced green onions|
|2 tablespoons||Soy sauce|
|½ teaspoon||Shredded lemon peel|
|1||Clove garlic; minced|
|1½ cup||Cubed cooked beef|
|Lemon wedges; for garnish|
In a 2 quart Microwave dish, Microwave water with bouillon, covered on High for 6 minutes, to boiling. Add bulgar. Let stand for 15 minutes. Stir in peas, green onions, soy sauce, lemon peel and garlic. Microwave on High for 1-3 minutes until peas are tender, stirring once. Stir in beef and peanuts.
Microwave on Higfh for 3-4 minutes until heated through. Garnish with lemon wedges.
