Bufflo chicken

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Salt;
¼ teaspoon Pepper
4 tablespoons Vegetable oil;
4 tablespoons Butter;
4 tablespoons Bottled red hot sauce:
1 teaspoon White vingar;

Mix above ingredients in saucepan and heat over medium heat. Cook according to intructions on bag. Pour sauces over chicken and serve. (The big bags of chicken that are avaiable at major food stores, like here in Southern CA. Lucky's, Von's, Smart and Final(something like the Costo/Price Club) and the Costo/Price Club.
