Buckaroo bar-b-q sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 each Medium onion, sliced
½ cup Chopped celery
2 tablespoons Fat
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Water
½ cup Catsup
1 each 8 oz can seasoned tomato sauce

Cook onions and celery in hot fat till soft and yellow. Add remaining ingredients; Mix thoroughly. Makes 2 cups, enough to barbeque 4 lbs spareribs.
