Brown sauce for wild game

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N slice onion
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup meat stock
1 teaspoon worcesterchire sauce
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt

Brown onion lightly in margarine or butter. Stir in flour and brown. Add meat stock slowly, stirring constantly, and cook until sauce is thick and smooth. Add Worcestshire sauce, paprika and salt.
