2 tablespoons | margarine or butter |
2 tablespoons | flour |
1 cup | meat stock |
1 teaspoon | worcesterchire sauce |
½ teaspoon | paprika |
½ teaspoon | salt |
Brown onion lightly in margarine or butter. Stir in flour and brown. Add meat stock slowly, stirring constantly, and cook until sauce is thick and smooth. Add Worcestshire sauce, paprika and salt.
