Brown bagger's white bread

Measure Ingredient
\N \N **For the 1-1/2 lb. loaf**
½ cup Water
½ cup Milk (add 2 tbsp. more water for DAK/Welbilt mach)
1 \N Egg
3 cups Bread flour
3 tablespoons Wheat germ or bran
2 tablespoons Instant potato flakes
1½ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Oil
3 tablespoons Sugar
1½ teaspoon Red star yeast (2 tsp. for Dak/Welbilt; 3 tsp for Panasonic/Nat'l)

Place all ingredients in pan, select Light Crust and press Start.
