Broccoliflower salad

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Head cauliflower flowerets
1 bunch Broccoli flowerets
1 pack Peas, Frozen -- uncooked
1 pack Hidden Valley Ranch Salad
\N \N Dressing mix
2 cups Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ cup Cheddar cheese -- cubed

Cut vegetables into flowerets (use an equal size bunch of both). Add frozen peas.

Blend together: Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip, sour cream, dressing mix, salt, sugar, and garlic powder. Pour mixture over vegetables.

Refrigerate for several hours (overnight, if possible).

Add cheese just before serving. NOTES : This is a "secret" recipe stolen from a restaurant in Peshtigo Wisconsin, when my brother lived up there. It's really delicious! Serves a crowd.
