Measure | Ingredient |

1 \N | Head cauliflower flowerets |
1 bunch | Broccoli flowerets |
1 pack | Peas, Frozen -- uncooked |
1 pack | Hidden Valley Ranch Salad |
\N \N | Dressing mix |
2 cups | Mayonnaise |
1 cup | Sour cream |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Garlic powder |
½ cup | Cheddar cheese -- cubed |
Cut vegetables into flowerets (use an equal size bunch of both). Add frozen peas.
Blend together: Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip, sour cream, dressing mix, salt, sugar, and garlic powder. Pour mixture over vegetables.
Refrigerate for several hours (overnight, if possible).
Add cheese just before serving. NOTES : This is a "secret" recipe stolen from a restaurant in Peshtigo Wisconsin, when my brother lived up there. It's really delicious! Serves a crowd.
